Paul Moore is a lifetime entrepreneur who entered the real estate sector in the early 2000's, where he flipped and built houses, created two successful online real estate marketing firms, and appeared on House Hunters on HGTV. He is also the author of a book called “The Perfect Investment – Create Enduring Wealth from the Historic Shift to Multifamily Housing” and co-hosts a podcast called "How to Lose Money," where they interview experts in the real estate game. Currently, he runs Wellings Capital, a multifamily real estate investment firm based in Virginia.
